The site navoisrael.com belongs to NAVO, a service run by Sara Aharonovich. Using the site is subject to these terms. They are written in plain language, and they apply equally to everyone who visits.

- An information site about medical rights and the processes with Bituach Leumi (Israel's National Insurance Institute).
- The information on the site is general. It is meant to help you understand the picture and decide whether to ask for personal guidance.

- The information may change. Bituach Leumi's rules, amounts and procedures are updated from time to time, so some information on the site may not be current. The binding source is Bituach Leumi and the law.

NAVO helps you understand your options and handle the process as well as possible, but it cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved or that any particular outcome will be reached. The decision is made by the authorized body.
The guidance itself
